NEW YEAR DREAM RITUAL

Every year I write my dreams down every morning for the first 12 days of January.

Everyday represents a month:

Jan 1st = January
Jan 2nd = February
Jan 3rd =March
Jan 4th = April
Jan 5th = May
Jan 6th = June
Jan 7th = July
Jan 8th = August
Jan 9th = September
Jan 10th = October
Jan 11th = November
Jan 12th = December

The events/mood or feeling of Jan 4th’s dreams represent events/lessons of the month of April. This is our Spirit self’s way to either warn us to change direction to negate some negative outcome or give us validation for the progress we’ve made. Sometimes we’ll have a straight up prophetic dream that translates literally to events of that month!

Our Spirit self knows EVERYTHING about where we’re going…where we’ve been…and what needs to shift in our waking world behavior to get us to our optimal self/reality. Our Spirit self communicates this information via our subconsciousness mind. Our dreams provide a rich meeting ground for this communication, as symbols can be given in a space where the linear is dissolved…and our logic becomes more flexible.

Take a crystal that you can program to specifically work with you in your dreams. My favorites: calcite, flourite or clear quartz. But choose what your heart sings to…hold the crystal in your hand and visualize a bath of white crystalline light washing within, through and around the crystal…then program by telling your Higher Self/Spirit Self to use this crystal to interface with you during dreamtime and to help you remember your dreams.

If you don’t have a crystal, simply state “I intend to remember my dreams” as you lie down to sleep. In the morning(or awakened in the night) write down, record what you remember. If you can’t remember, write down your feeling or any little details...all info is powerful! Reference this info throughout the year.
